These looked absolutely fantastic, ordered 24 to use in our garden. We followed the online instruction video of how to fit them correctly, but they are not as described at all.

When stepped on the slabs dip in the middle, our children keep falling over them and we have to keep moving them back into alignment as they move, even though they have had sufficient time to set as stated in the video.

We have had our garden turfed this year so have the perfect flat surface to place the slabs on, yet they did not work at all.

They have a cheap plastic feel to them, not as described at all.

Very expensive for what they are.

Not fit for purpose, don’t waste your money.

I messaged the seller to be told that the return window is now closed! That is it… how unhelpful in resolving the issue.

However they sent the wrong number of them and also some other item that we didn't ask for, can't do anything about this as the company are not contactable.
Buyer beware, I've noticed a lot of reviews for the company that say they got the wrong items.
