The Sugar House is right in the middle of the farm, All the pipelines from across the farm come here, carbon neutral delivering the sap from all the trees
Out comes plenty of pure water back into nature and our wonderful maple syrup and sugar.
Out of the sugar house comes our range of single source and single press 47° North maple syrup.
Its not us who make the flavour, that is simply the result of nature and the changes happening in spring. When it gets warmer the sugar molecules get bigger and so absorb more light- and taste a bit different.
And why 47° North?
Simply, because is where our wonderful products come from. Our farm is located at the 47° latitude in New Brunswick
