I ordered these 9H screen protectors about 18 months ago and was impressed with the quality of them, but inevitably they did become marked and scratched after being dropped and sat upon etc., but they did their job very effectively and protected the phone screen 100%.
Last week I dropped the phone again and the last screen protector was chipped, but again the phone screen was perfectly intact.
I remembered that the screen protector company, 4 youquality, offered a lifetime guarantee on the product, so without much hope I contacted them and described the issue. I received a reply almost immediately from customer service who asked me to send a claim quoting my original ��غ�� order number, and they would send out replacements. I did this, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement pack of 3 Screen protectors the very next day.
Amazing customer service, so rare these days. I recommend this company 100%!
