Just fitted it to a 2012 Fiat 500 following a very good video on UTube. Apart from dropping a spanner into the body panel :-( it all went relatively smoothly.
There are some reviews that say you have to file the prominent 'lump'. I didn't and I'm not sure it is required. I discovered whilst getting it into position that it is very easy to get the rubber seal trapped underneath when screwing it into position and when this happens it doesn't lay flat. You have to position it into the seal and then put both into the back of the door handle and then screw it in. Talking of which the supplied screw was smaller than the original and didn't hold it in place (hence the 4 stars) so I just re-used the existing screw.
All works fine now.

Got these to replace two broken hinges on a Fiat 500, the trick with this is to remove the hex bolt on the side of the door to allow the full handle to move freely (replacement requires the door card to be removed and the retaining 9mm nut to be removed from inside the door) Once the hex bolt on the edge of the door is out and the 9mm nut are out the handle can be moved out sufficiently to fit this hinge on, you can move the handle by pulling it left and wiggling it until it comes free (it won't come completely out as the locking bars are still attached), you can then fit a small phillips screwdriver through the hole to remove the broken hinge and slot the replacement in, a bit fiddly but should stay in place once you've located properly and then screw in, would advise putting some masking tape on the paintwork around the hinge as you'll have to prop it up against the metal and it would cause scratches otherwise. Once screwed in, re-assemble door card and put retaining nut back in and jobs a good'en. A lot cheaper than the £250 to replace the full assembly that most garages charge!

Works perfectly well once you have grinded some material off of the part that screws to the handle itself.
If you do not do this the handle does not fit flush with the door.
Took me about an hour to fit has it is a fiddly job, not the products fault but the way the door handle has been designed and fitted by fiat. I have give 3 stars as you do need to rework the part which means you have to have a grinder or a demel type tool.
