I bought this set about a year ago but because the courier failed to deliver I could not use it when the child for which it was intended came to stay. Eventually it was delivered to me by the person from the address where it ended up, and stayed in my cupboard for many months. I had three of my grandchildren the other day so got it out. I recommend you get it out before you intend to do it with the kids. I did not and found that because there is only one funnel, it made it impossible for them all to do it at the same time which was frustrating for them.. The children I was doing it with were 11, 3 and a half and 2. The funnel has a very small hole and it takes ages for the sand to filter through. I therefore made a funnel out of thin card with a bigger hole, and we then got on better. The 11 year old was of course fine on her own. The 3 year old managed well for his age, but the 2 year old lost interest. To be fair, the box says age 5+. The two bottles without stickers in the photos were done by the 11 year old and the one with stickers by the 3 and a half year old. There were lots of bottles/sand left for another time. The glow in the dark sand (green and pink) does glow after being exposed to electric light and the other sand is lovely bright colours. It would be tons better if there were at least two funnels and the holes were slightly bigger!
