The ATEK STRONGWAY EZ Curl Bar is the optimal weightlifting bar for a variety of accessory and bodybuilding exercises. Too often, shorter barbells are an afterthought, so we wanted to incorporate the same high-quality design and engineering that went into our new generation of EZ Curl Bars. That is why it has the same high-quality threaded sleeves, chrome finish, and copper bushings to ensure smooth rotation. The EZ Curl bar is 1.2m long, with typical curl bar knurling and rotating sleeves to load standard 1 inch weight plates and discs.
