Since using the hob twice I noticed that one of the rings has discoloured and has marks on even though my pans are brand new and ceramic hob safe.

This oven was a great buy, at a great price. Easy to install, beautiful quality, very functional. I’m still getting used to the oven settings and yet to successfully cook my Yorkshire puddings, but overall I’m super pleased with it. I was happy to realise my large trays sit perfectly in the oven shelf slides (at the sides) so that’ll come in handy at Christmas for some extra shelving.

Our cooker conked out after 10 years so we're a little behind on modern cooker technology but we're over the moon with this so far.

We only ever used the grill on our old cooker for bacon so seemed a waste, this one optimises storage with a ha day little drawer at the bottom which is more than sufficient for our trays, etc.

Design is sleek, timer/clock, many options e.g. eco, grill, no fan (silent, we actually thought we hadn't turned it on but it definately was), evenly cooks, great temperature.

Difficulty getting used to hob temperature as our old one had 6 this has 3 marked but technically 6 as has half markers. But I've not marked down for this on stars as this is just something we need to get used to.

Lads that delivered it were amazing, carried it into the kitchen bish bash bosh!

Main gripe which is the reason for 4/5 stars. Delivery was 2 days later than stated to which we had stayed in especially for which was disheartening and frustrating.
