Pros: I noticed a difference in my skin so quickly after using this after a few days. Very happy with the results so far.

Cons: Considering this is meant to be tasteless and odourless, I feel slightly disappointed with the product. I have the nose of a bloodhound so maybe that’s my problem, but I have found it quite difficult to take. I’ve used it in a morning cup of tea most of the time, which does alter the taste a little (not unpleasant), but the smell of it isn’t appealing when in hot water. I tried cold water but it didn’t dilute and looked horrendous so that was hard no. My best solution was adding it to a cup of soup, the flavour and smell went unnoticed entirely. However, I can’t see myself having a cup of soup a day, it won’t work long term for me.

Conclusion: I want to continue taking collagen as the results were so quickly seen, so I’m going to finish this product and move onto a capsule version instead. I have seen that most capsule versions are Marine Collagen based, whereas this is Bovine Collagen. I don’t know if it’ll make a difference but the capsule will be the way forward for me.
