I have been looking for a refurbished iPhone for my Mum for some time and as I had great experience with a refurbished iPad for myself from غ, I chose غ again.
I was a bit sceptical if the iPhone would be as good as I had hoped as there were plenty of poor reviews on condition, cleanliness etc., but I found one sold by 'New Fone House' who had excellent reviews, plus I had the additional safety of غ's great 30 day return policy.
When I opened the very well packed box and took the iPhone out I was blown away by the condition. I have a very critical eye, yet it literally looked brand new. There is not a single mark on the screen nor the delicate aluminium body. It was only the 87% battery health that pointed to it being a refurbished product. Given the condition of the phone, I hoped it would be a little more than 87%, but it is still over the 80% that غ state as the minimum for their refurbished items.
The phone is fully set up and everything works as expected including TrueTone display, Face ID etc. There are also no warnings of non apple components, so it truly does feel like a brand new phone.
In addition to the iPhone and cable (which I was expecting), there was also a 20 Watt power adapter and a high quality glass screen protector included. I maybe looking to purchase another, so I will seek out this reseller again.
