If I could give this zero stars, I would. I bought them for me and a friend to strap tents, sleeping bags and such to our bicycle pannier racks. My friend managed to use two of tgem, but they were not suitable for me. A bungee cords stretches and holds items of different sizes down, whilst keeping different sizes under tension. These have barely any stretch and are useless to me. I consider them a waste of my money and I am unhappy that ��غ�� is selling this low quality tat.
