Loads and loads of pens. As you'd expect with 72 pens, some of the colours are very similar.

The pens aren't long-lasting. But if you keep the caps on, their longevity is acceptable.

The points are thinner than I expected, but that's ok. Just be aware that they're not like a flip chart marker thickness.

Many of the colours are rather pale. I got them to use on name tags, and discovered that most of the colours are too pale for name tags. However, they'd be fine for kids' drawing and artwork.

The box for keeping them in is utterly useless. First of all, it has no lid. When they arrive, they're held in the box by plastic shrink wrap, which must be removed in order to use the pens. Even if you didn't need a lid, it's fiddly threading each pen through two holes in order to put it back into the box. I just gave up and threw them all into an empty tin I had.
