Nicely packaged and easy to open which is a plus. Comes with 90 capsules which are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste or taste which is good. Not sure they affected my sleep but I’m not the best sleeper so can’t really comment there. They are vegan friendly which is a good plus for those who choose that lifestyle.
As for mood and stamina - I’m not sure yet but will update if I notice a difference. Good value for money

Asked about sleep but I can't say I slept any better, although that is maybe unfair to the product because I'm currently ill so I got to sleep at midnight and woke up by 3am. But I guess that tells you this stuff is not magic and will not make you sleep through illness or make you feel better.

Not too difficult to swallow, and the taste is kind of there and kind of not, I wouldn't say they have no taste they just taste herby organic as I'll describe it.

Can't say they really did anything.
