Sick to death of non-stick baking trays that stick, are impossible to clean and wear out in no time at all I bouught a set of these stainless steel ones more in hope than confidence. They are fantastic ... they come clean with just a soak in hot water with a drop of washing up liquid. Even burnt on food lifts off, we put them in the dishwasher and they come up like new. They are so good I bought a second set and dumped all the old non-stick ones ! We tend to put a bit of baking parchment in the bottom when roasting fatty foods like sausages but it's probably not necessary. The first set has been in use for nearly a year npw and show no signs of losing their mirror finish as they don't need scouring to get clean. Really good value as well.

It’s not a problem for roast vegetables but anything less solid like biscuits or a cake would not turn out well on these trays. The dough would just go to one corner of the tray.
