Never had a condenser dryer before always had a vented one ...and my back porch was always wet and cold as the door had to be kept open for the steam ,,,This new one is great (fingers crossed)...The water drawer is at the front top,,which is a bonus as I have back issues and cannot bend down without pain..The machine is a bit noisy, but doesn't bother us as it's in a porch way..Its drum is massive and looks as though a double quilt would easily fit ,,,Just getting used to the machine ,and happy up to now
