We had a Beko dishwasher for 6 years and was more than happy to buy from Beko again but although the external dimensions are the same as our previous model, confusingly the internal space of this one is far less. There is very little room for dinner plates and we can't raise the top tray to allow us more room for plates in the bottom. Also, the top tray has only one shelf (for large knives etc).
There used to be room for our grill pan but no longer.
We are Sooooo disappointed and I imagine the person who 'designed' this model was a single person who doesn't cook very often.
We have resorted to 'washing up' as well now.
However, on a positive note it does clean well.
I would welcome a call from Beko re the above.

had this for about a month or so and so far it's great. I am no plumber, not by a long way, but I managed to install this myself without too many problems. It is small which is obviously a bonus if space is an issue and it has several settings. We tend to use the eco setting and this cleans stuff very nicely.

If I had to criticise one thing it's the holder for the cleaning tablet. It's not great and doesn't always shut straight away which is annoying and fiddly. Overall though this has been great so far.
