Since starting menopause, I have been feeling very tired all the time which is frustrating. I have read that Ashwagandha can help and was keen to try this out.

I do like that there are other ingredients in this supplement such as Vitamin B, B12 and passion flower etc. I need to check how much Vitamin B I'm allowed as I do take Vitamin B in another supplement and don't want to overdo my daily recommendation.

2 tablets to be taken daily with food. It's early days yet; but I will report back after awhile to share whether it's made any impact. I have my fingers crossed as if it works, I'll definitely be buying more.

It's PLA7 for those interested which means while the packaging is made from plants, it is not recyclable; and only commercially compostable; which means you also can't put the packaging in your compost bin.

I got these to try to relieve stress and improve sleep.

It's difficult to review supplements, because the effects may be subtle or take weeks/months to become noticable. As such, this review will focus on the physical properties of the product - though I will say I have had no negative effects from these pills.

This is a tub of 60x ashwagandha capsules, with each containing 800mg of "KMS-66" extract - apparently that's a full-spectrum extract created only from the root.

Each cap also contains 500mg of passion flower extract, which I haven't used before but understand can be good for relieving stress. They contain piperine too, which I'm just going to guess is there to improve bioavailability. 4 different vitamins are present too, though I have no idea why.

The capsules are large, but not so big they're difficult to swallow, and being caps rather than compressed pills means there's no nasty taste.
