Flaxseed Oil Botanical / INCI name - Linum Usitatissimum Flax seed oil is the richest sources of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids – the healthiest kind of lipids which can be eaten. Omega-3 fatty acids are etheric oils essential for our body´s proper functioning. Flax is also the richest source of the plant elements with antiviral, fungicidal and bactericidal properties. Flax seeds contain 100 times more lignans than any other plant food. Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids also have anti-inflammatory effects.
