Starting taking these as I read that a lack of copper can exacerbate sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome. I don’t know if they ll help but it’s worth a try….. The tablets are VERY SMALL, which is great news for anyone who struggles with swallowing them.

This is the same copper tablets, that I tried under a different name and just like the other one, they don't have any quickly noticable effects. However, they can be considered a good value package as long as you don't mind the tablet form.

Caution: Always speak with a healthcare professional before taking supplements in general.
These tablets are TINY and simple and easy to swallow. Like some vital supplements these are actually quite cheap but potentially an important component for health (like vitamin D3)
For less than £2 a month you get a chelated supply of copper.
Natural sources of copper are:

Shellfish: Oysters, crabs, and shrimp
Nuts and seeds: Almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
Whole grains: Brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat bread
Legumes: Lentils, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans
Dark chocolate: Unsweetened dark chocolate is a good source of copper.
It's important to note that the copper content in foods can vary depending on factors such as the type of food, growing conditions, and processing methods
After recent blood results showing low Iron in my blood work my doctor put me on a course of iron tablets.
Interestingly after doing more independent research using AI, it would appear that a lack of copper in our diet could be a factor. I will be seeing my doctor again in 3 weeks so will discuss below with him.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The tablets are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 4 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider with 10mg in each single tablet serving.
