What devices is this Bluetooth transmisster receiver compatible with?

In transmit mode, the product is suitable for 3.5 audio output devices such as computers, smartphones and TVs.

In receive mode, the product is suitable for 3.5 audio input devices such as headphones, speakers etc.

Does the product support calls?

The product is equipped with a microphone. Calls are only supported in receive mode. (stays within 50 cm)

Why can't I control play/pause when the product is paired to a Bluetooth headset in transmit (TX) mode?

The Bluetooth transmitter's sound source is passively received, but play/pause cannot be controlled as there is no protocol communication between the transmitter and the sound source.

Why is there no sound through headphones when I used it on Computer/Laptop? (TX Mode)

When your Bluetooth headphone has been successfully connected to the bluetooth adapter and there is no sound through headphones, please click the volume control icon at the bottom right corner of your computer to select the correct audio output mode.

The volume is not loud enough in RX mode.

Apple series products comes with a hearing protection function, the sound will be limited when used with this product. It is not the product quality or performance issue.
