    The bag is alright, collects maybe 70% of shavings and dust, but it's very small.

    I am using this with a PKS40. I was ripping some 1.8m planks and this bag gets full after 2 planks. What's worse is when it gets full, and you don't notice it straight away, the sawdust gets compressed and stuck above the blade and you have to stop cutting, empty the bag, then work the blade guard vigorously to dislodge the compressed shavings. If you don't do that, the shavings simply don't get into the bag anymore because they can't get through the wall of compressed dust.

    So it's a good idea, but the bag is too small. For me it's easier to go outside, cut whatever, then just sweep the patio.

    This product could be so much better with a design upgrade. Hence the 2 stars not 5 stars. I have always found Bosch products to be reliable - but not this one. This was bought to replace a previous one that had, I thought, been damaged due to wear and tear. But no, the major fault with this product is that the plastic ring that slides onto the outlet port on the Bosch sander/circular saw/etc., has a rather femor clip that can , and has, once again, snapped on the new one. Bosch need to re-design this so that a plastic tube , not a hard plastic clip, pushes onto the end of the outlet port. It would be an easy alteration to make. In fact an old vaccum cleaner tube would do so long as were the same internal bore as the outlet port. Disappointed. Won't buy it again.

    I bought this dust bag for the Bosch Professional 18V System cordless circular saw GKS 18V-57 G as recomended by Bosch on their website. The circular saw has no suction turbine integrated hence the suction bag hardly collects any dust. When the bag is not mounted on the spout, I can clearly see the dust comming out but when the bag is on, the dust finds it's way from underneath.
