Power ProtectionPlus: for noiseless wiping

Thanks to its innovative wiper rubber with patented permanent coating, these wiper blades slide across the windshield more easily. Unlike the graphite coating, this coating does not detach over time. Due to its lower friction coefficient, this wiper rubber features a higher thermal resilience and wipes wet and drying windshields without juddering nor noises.

Evodiumsteel: for a long service life

At the core of the wiper blade, a customized spring strip made of permanently elastic Evodiumsteel ensures evenly distributed wiper blade contact pressure at any point on the windshield. This reduces its wear and results in a longer service life.

Arrived on time and very well packaged. As you would expect from Bosch, product was excellent quality. Replacing old blades was simple. Make sure to put the wipers in service position via cars MMI (under car servicing menu, wiper arm won't lift off the glass otherwise). Once in service mode, lift wiper and press the small button on rear of wiper arm (smal square button on rear of wiper where blade assembly meets wiper arm), slide old blade off and click new one into place. A quick test wipe and crystal clear screen. Whole process takes about 3 minutes. Would recommend.

Good fit, really simple to change, decent price - but most importantly has stopped the squeaking my original wiper blades were making!

I don��t know the ��genuine�� brand of VW Tiguan wiper blades, but I felt Bosch was a reputable brand to use as a replacement.

They clear the windscreen perfectly (possibly better than the originals!) so are great for the price paid.

Some people have said they��re bigger than the originals. I did notice the area cleared by these new blades is bigger, but it doesn��t seem to be a problem at all - they don��t catch on anything and still sit neatly at the bonnet in their ��home�� position.

Looking online, the true VW blades apparently have some fancy coating on them to make them last longer. But since mine started squeaking after 6 months of a new car I don��t rate them (these have been on for over 6 months and not a sound so far!).

Would highly recommend these over the extortionate cost of buying from VW.
