Product description

Set of flowmeters for diesel common rail. For use on up to 6 injectors. Direct measurement of injector return flow. Backflow measurement using an external flowmeter.

Package includes :

  • 6 x adapters for Bosch injectors
  • 6 x adapters for Siemens injectors
  • 6 x adapters for Delphi injectors
  • 6 x adapters for Denso injectors
  • 1 set of storage bottles with oil hose
  • 6 x graduated pressure gauge tubes

Use:

Remove loop from injector return line.

Remove return line from injector.

Choose the right adapter. Pre-assembled hose adapter fits Bosch syringes.

Fit the aluminum measuring cup in case it is hooked to the hood to prevent it from falling off, and the original oil return loop must be fitted.

To obtain meaningful results, a measuring cylinder or measuring cup should be connected to each injector, e.g. 6 measuring cylinders should be used for a 6-cylinder engine.
