There is a small hole next to the type C port of the camera, please insert the card removal pin into this small hole, it can restart the camera, after that, please press the power button to restart the camera.

The OK button doesn't work when I take a picture, what should I do?

I bought the COLALY Autofocus UHD 48MP Kids Camera for my 10-year-old, and it has been such a hit! The camera is compact, easy to use, and takes crystal clear photos. Regardless of the quality issue, the digital camera is great for having fun. It is ready to use after unboxing, ie. Charged camera with SD card installed. The resolution is low so that’s it is mainly for fun. Only use for taking pics not videoing. All basic functions are included, like zoom in and out, flashing, timer etc. £20 is reasonable price but I gave 3 stars because the len wires are visible which is a defective one.

Given the price and stated purpose, you would not expect this to be a magnificent and awesome camera capable of stupendous things. And you'd be correct in that assumption.
However, given that it isn't meant to be, it can be considered a pretty good item all round accepted in a role as a basic unit intended to let someone learn the rudiments of using a digital camera and having a bit of fun whilst doing so.
The instructions are more or less non-existent, basically just telling you what each part or control of the camera is or does. But that's sufficient, since operation is very straightforward indeed. Everything beyond simply taking pictures arises from a simple, scroll-through menu system on the camera's very clear screen.
The tripod attachment point seems standard; both tripods I tested fitted fine.
The auto-focus is excellent and the anti-shake function seems to do a creditable job.
The annoying bleeps from the menu screens can be turned down in volume. You have the choice of selecting normal colour pictures, black and white or a green, blue or red filter effect. There is also a 'fill light' which can help in dark conditions. (Only thing I haven't found yet, though it's probably there, is a means of entirely removing the date-stamp - which I hadn't bothered setting to the right date on the images).
The camera can be attached to a PC with the provided USB cable, allowing for battery recharge and/or transfer of images to the computer. Camera must be turned on and the menu used for the latter.
Image quality is not great, though I've certainly seen worse. Results are somewhat pixilated even at the highest resolution, but they're more than clear enough to capture and record things.
I have appended some sample images, at top resolution, that I took around the house of a few of the life-size creatures in my collection.
The Black Dalek is entirely backlit except for the camera's own fill light. The landscape shot of the two Aliens in the garage was a test of the camera's ability to pick anything up in very dark conditions. The other Alien, the Demoness and the Predator were all in 'normal' artificial light. (Weather has precluded me from any significant outdoor experimentation).

One thing that stood out to me is how simple this camera is. It's so easy to use that you don't need detailed instructions, you just need to know what the buttons do and then you're away. My niece has been having fun playing with this camera. She's always been bugging my sister to let her borrow her phone to take photos, and now she can do it herself. She particularly likes using the filters! It's a great way to get her to be creative while also teaching her basic photography skills. Highly recommended.

On unpacking, this digital camera looks the part, including a soft pouch case, USB A to C short cable, cleaning cloth and instructions.

The camera arrived with a partly charged battery so I could immediately take photographs. Photos taken outdoors in bright sunshine were blurry and exposure appeared incorrect, no matter whether taken in shade, full sun, or part sun/shade. Compared to a smartphone of today, or even my 2 mega-pixel digital camera of years ago, the photos were poor.

A vast number of options is available via a menu, which can be useful but is rather complex to comprehend.

The target market is stated to be kids (perhaps pre-teens without a smartphone), teenagers (unlikely with the photo quality) and beginners (perhaps). The only available colour is pink, which will put off many.

It is difficult to recommend this camera unless sharply priced.

This is a fun and easy delight for kids, combining high tech with low tech. Its a quality camera that has a high megapixel rate, and it has a nice screen that shows the picture you took, with all the adjustments that are possible, and that your kids could hope for in a product of this stature.
