We had a problem with delivery. Somewhere along the line one bag went AWOL. Via ÍøÆغÚÁÏ I contacted the company the following day. Had a reply within the hour apologising for the short delivery and offering a generous refund. I accepted the refund and I can see it’s already on the way to my ÍøÆغÚÁÏ account.
Excellent customer care, if only some of our best known high street brands and businesses were half as good.

After leaving a review regarding delivery problems the seller sprang into action to check that everything was sorted out. When we switched from ordinary coal we expected a much poorer performance from smokeless coal but this product is excellent. Easy to light and outstanding heat output and also a really nice looking fire. Add the excellent customer service and we're up to a five star review. We will be using this product for a good long while.
