I ordered this cacti & succulent compost as I wanted something specific for the delicate roots of my plants. When I opened the bag I was surprised to see the amount of fibrous material in the compost & the lack of drainage material. The compost just looks, feels & smells like standard, cheap, multi-purpose compost & is not suitable for cacti & succulents specifically.
I was so disappointed that I requested a return for a refund. Although a return was agreed, I did not end up returning the product as I would have had to do so at my own cost & I would have had to either arrange my own courier or transport the 35l bag my self to the nearest post office. Frankly, it wasn't worth the effort so I have just used it in the garden.
Johnson's appear to have one bag with a different sticker for each type of compost so I can only assume that I ended up with a mislabelled bag as other review photos don't look to be the same product.
