So we ordered this kettle due to it being a good 3litre camping kettle, for a good price.

Unfortunately though, we had to oder a second one straight away.

The first kettle came already broken, the box was damaged, when taking the kettle oit, the spout had been pushed in, and the whistle cap had been completely smashed, rendering it useless. Looked like it was a returned item, that was sent back out again.

So got a second one ordered as a replacement, which ��غ�� kindly and quickly sorted out.

It's now a great camping kettle. Withnis 3litre size it hold more than enough water for multiple cups of tea/coffee.

On the gas stove, it took no more than 2/3 minutes to boil the water, which notifys you with a nice sutble but distinct whistle. Brings back the days of visiting your nan.

Overall, a great camping purchase.

I bought this so that I might boil 3L of water at a time but you can only really fit 2L up to the spout and even then it nearly popped the filling lid off when it had boiled.

The whistle started working alright until it was in full boil and then got a bit weak.

It would have worked better if I'd filled it less but minimum I want to boil is 2L at a time.

It worked well on an induction hob and got to boiling temperature quickly.

While the material seems light, that's not to much of an issue. The plastic feels cheap but as long as it performed under heat I wouldn't mind.

I think I will return this and either order a bigger one or a different brand if I can find one suitable.
