Omega 3-6-9 are a blend of unsaturated fatty acids containing EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) & DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), as well as, ALA (alpha linolenic acid), from fish body, flaxseed (also known as linseed) & sunflower, which are essential for ensuring good health & wellness.
