Supplied fully assembed. Appears to be a good quality PCB, components and assembly. All works well. Instruction sheet available by searching for same item on ebay.
DIP switches allow any DMX base address to be set (unit uses this and the two subsequent addresses), also allow selection of 5 test modes suitable for standalone use (e.g to "chase" light effects. Test modes 1 to 4 have adjustable speed from about 0.5 to about 2Hz. Mode 1: all three outputs toggle on and off in unison, Mode 2: ditto but individual outputs can be disabled, Mode 3: Outputs cycle in sequence, Mode 4: Outputs cycle with two on at any one time:2 and 3 - 1 and 3 - 1 and 2, Mode 5: outputs manually switched with DIP switches. If DMX input is disconnected, the current output state is held.
Power LED flashes when DMX mode selected and DMX signal is valid, power LED on continuously if power present but no DMX signal.

Relay capacity data inconsistent: the relays are marked 10A 250V AC / 48V DC, item description states 5A and instruction sheet states 2A.
Relays have changeover contacts but the normally closed contact is not available on the terminal block, you would have to pick it up by soldering to the solder pad under the relay on the board.
If you want to case the item and retain access to all features, you will need to carry out some modifications (I have removed the screw terminal connector for DMX to allow the DIP switch to be positioned at the edge of the case and accessible through an opening, and removed the LEDs and replaced with LEDs on the underside of the board to mount in holes in the case - the LEDS fitted are flush with the board.
All in all the item appears to be good quality and a reasonably priced means of obtaining on/off control vai DMX.
