This fertilizer seems to work ok for the most part but if you're growing in a hydroponics system choose something else as it only takes about 12-16 hours for it to start coming out of solution. By 24 hours you will be left with loads of sediment at the bottom of your tank, which is nutrients not reaching your plants...

I bought this because I have a lemon tree growing in a pot that is five or six years old now that I grew from a pip. The leaves were looking very yellow and the growth was not great either.

Since I have been using this fertiliser I have noticed a definite improvement in leaf colour, although still not perfect. As yet, I have still had no blossom and no lemons, not even one; I am sure that our climate doesn't help.

I don't know if this is actually the cause of my tree looking better, but I like to think that it is. Like taking vitamin supplements, we do it because we trust that they are good for us, the same is true of this fertiliser for my tree.

Our Meyer lemon tree was dying, it's leaves were turning yellow and dropping at an alarming rate. Lemon trees need a really good fertilizer (I found out after much research), as well as slightly acidic soil. Our water is quite alkaline, so I switched over to distilled water, and mixed this fertilizer into a couple gallons. Within 2 weeks, there are no more yellow leaves, and a TON of little buds have appeared (see attached pic). The grow light and distilled water have certainly helped, but the explosion of new, healthy growth is remarkable, and started right after I began using this fertilizer. I'm also very impressed with how little you need to use - this bottle makes 100 liters/26.4 gallons! In addition to the lemon tree, we have two avocado trees that are doing much better with this (citrus and avocado trees like the same type of fertilizer).

As far as the delivery - yes, it did take a little while to get here, as another reviewer mentioned, and you don't get a tracking number, but this is coming from the UK. Personally, I think it arrived within a very reasonable time-frame. I also know how prohibitively expensive tracking is from other countries, so I wasn't concerned about that. It arrived sooner than I was expecting (but again, REASONABLE expectations), and was very well packaged.

I'll be ordering another just to have on hand, now that I know how well this works.
