The recommended dosage is 3 tablets per day, giving 40 days supply at the recommended dosage. The expiry date for the tablets is 31 months (just over 2.5 years) after delivery. The container itself is recyclable.When opening the container and holding the open container to the nose, there is a smell which is surprisingly pleasant though I cannot place what it smells of. The individual tablets themselves are small (about 1cm in diameter, 0.4 inches), have a very slight pleasant smell, no real taste or after taste that I could detect.CoQ10 acts as an antioxidant, which protects cells from damage and plays an important part in our metabolisms. The item is described as being 300 mgs, that value is shown in LARGE font. It is only when you read the back of the jar, you realise each tablet is only 100 mgs and you have to take THREE tablets to achieve the recommended daily dose. The manufacturer could just as easily claim it's 1000mgs and suggest you take 10 tablets a day. Not just misleading but dishonest. Yes, if you read the further details and scroll down, you will see it's only 100 mgs NOT what it says on the front.

I’ve read a lot about the benefits of CoQ10 which I would recommend anyone do before starting to use any supplement.
This is a plastic jar containing 120 tablets at 300mg strength per serving of 3 tablets.
The tablets are pretty small so easy to swallow with water and don’t leave any horrible aftertaste. As with any supplement, benefits aren’t usually seen immediately and I’ve only been using them for a couple of weeks but I’ve not noticed any weird side effects so I’m definitely intending to continue using them.
They are good value for money so I’m happy to recommend 😊

These Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) 300mg tablets arrived nicely packed in a bottle. I like to receive my supplements and medications in sealed packaging because of hygiene reasons so the bottle does come properly sealed.
The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad odour and aftertaste.
Too early to tell about the effectiveness, but they look promising and hopefully will help with the purpose I am taking them for.
The bottle contains 120 tablets which will last long because they are taken three a day.
Honestly, when you scour through the whole product details, it's hard to not conclude they have intentionally misled the consumer that actually each table is 100mg, not 300mg. The wording is chosen to ensure they are not clear at all, and then to top it off, they have 'triple strength' plastered on the bottle.
