Do I need to install the driver on my PC to use AX200?

No driver installation required. AIMZENIX will not load any processes in the background.

Why am I unable to connect to the AX200 through the "GEEKVICE" application?

Confirm that the application is granted the necessary permissions to access Bluetooth and location services. Then cancel any existing Bluetooth connections with the AX200 and use the application to re establish a new connection.

Why does the indicator light continue flashing even after connecting the AX200 to the computer?

To establish a proper connection, you need to launch a platform that supports it, such as Steam or EA. Open the respective game platform and connect the AX200.

Why does the adapter disconnect/fail to connect/delay after connecting the mouse and keyboard?

The product has a charging port, when encountering a high-power mouse and keyboard, an adapter is required to connect the power supply.

Priced way to mutch for its usability. Dificult to understand what to do and how to adjust options properly. If it will be priced for 15-20£ you can buy it but def not for 50👎 returned back.

Firstly, please keep in mind that if you plug your only keyboard into this, then it will NOT work as a keyboard by default. There might be some settings in the app that will allow you to enable "office" or "work" mode, I wasn’t very keen on using the app, so I just used a separate keyboard and mouse to control the pc outside of the game.

Once you plug it in, you need to enable steam input for whatever game that you want to use this with (you need to check if the game you are choosing to use this with supports joysticks). At least this part is clearly mentioned in the provided help. What would be nice is if they provided a default keymap of which keyboard key is bound to which joystick key. Without that it has a significant learning curve.

Also the mouse sensitivity is way too low, so you barely move in game when you move your mouse. You can change these settings in the app, but overall this is quite a clunky process, and while it works, it isnt something you can just pickup and use. So it is quite disappointing at this price range.

The built quality is good. It has nice design, compact and small in size so easy to carry around when traveling. Worked plug and play without any issues. It is fast with low latency and provides a smooth experience. Arrived well-packaged. The price is slightly expensive in my opinion.
