Cookology has now developed the COF605BK ovens, a single electric fan oven designed to be simple to operate, energy efficient and easy to install. Fitting into a standard 60cm oven cavity, Designed to match with other Cookology Hobs and Cooker Hoods, this is a stylish addition to any kitchen.
You build this oven into a single oven cavity in your kitchen. This can be either an under-counter cavity or an eye-level cavity.
Being a Fan Oven gives you loads of advantages over conventional cooking. For instance it means you can Cook on several shelves at once, the oven gets hot very quickly so you do not need to wait ages to pre-heat and the heat is distributed evenly through-out the cavity. You get a choice of several functions such as Defrost, Fan Convection, Grill and Grill with Fan, as well as a light function that illuminates the oven without any heat.
The dedicated Light-Only mode makes cleaning easy, illuminating the entire cavity without any head. Combined with the stainless steel railings and enamelled interior, maintenance is a breeze. The door can even be removed for easier cleaning.
The four shelf positions offer versatility with the supplied baking tray and grill shelf so that you can start cooking right away. Oven Size - Width 595, Depth 575, Height 595mm.

Got this oven on the strength of reviews and made a good choice, was dead easy to fit and apart from fitting the three pin plug the hardest thing was removing the old oven which was twice the weight of this one.
Heats up quickly and seems to be quite well built for the money, must admit to buying the extra cover warranty just as a precaution but hope not to have to use it.
Only thing I would say on a negative is that it's a shame it only comes with one shelf and need to buy an extra one to get the best from it. Even if it was an optional extra would not have minded as finding it difficult right now to source another shelf.

The oven works really well, very quick to heat up and is a lot quieter than our last oven. the door handle is a good size to grip to open the oven door, the down side which is why I gave it 4 star and not 5 the thermostat light is a bit small to see, so when it reaches the right temp you have to look closely to see if the light has gone out, the thermostat knob does not have enough temperature numbers on so you have to judge the temp settings and the control knob is a little on the stiff side to turn for me but i do have weak hands. overall great price for this oven look really good in our kitchen.
