Great oven, easy to install, but timer difficult

This is a great oven, it cooks really well and looks good. It was easy to install and came with a cable attached that had a neutral, live, and earth wire. I disconnected it and connected the one I already had installed and had used the the oven I was replacing. The oven controls I thought were going to be a smooth dial and even possibly ones you press and they pop out or pop in, but they aren't. The dials are 'clicky' dials, which you'll see and hear in my video. Not a huge deal but just something I wasn't expecting. This oven is great, however there are a few things I don't like hence why I rated it 4 star not 5.

The first issue I have is with the timer. My previous oven, I could press and hold for a second or two and the timer would increase or decrease faster but at a rate that I could visibly see the number increase by 1 or 2 and let go to get the desired timer amount. With this oven, if you press and hold, it will skip large amounts of numbers, like 10 or 20 units within milliseconds so you can never press and hold and catch the timer on 20 minutes or 30 minutes. You'll find yourself trying but instead it reaching like 40 minutes, 1 hour. Or you'll release too early and it doesn't move at all. In the end you'll end up tapping the button until you reach the desires time, which means 30 taps for 30 minutes and that's annoying. We even tried to skip and then tap to decrease down to try and avoid having to tap so many times, but it's also difficult and time consuming. This is the biggest issue I have with the oven, as this feature really affects usability.

The second issue is with the beep tone. This oven's beep tone is harsh. When the timer reaches zero and it starts beeping, it sounds like a fire alarm. The first few times, not being used to this harsh an oven tone, I thought something had caught fire and set off the fire alarm, so I ran to the kitchen only to find it was just the oven tone. I get it's meant to alert you but for me i'd personally have likes a less harsh beep.

The third and final issue I had with this is that it only comes with two racks. I was pleasantly surprised to find however that it did come with two drip trays, as I wasn't expecting that and I appreciate them, but having only two racks was a bit disappointing. We placed both racks in the bottom oven to use, however if we want to use the grill it will mean moving the racks, and if we have a lot of items and want to use both ovens at the same time, then we are limited by the amount of racks. I feel 3 racks would have been great, two for the bottom oven and one for the grill, and four racks would have been perfect, two for the top, two for the bottom.

Overall however the oven is a great purchase and good value for money. I would buy again and recommend it.
