I think the pictures speak for themselves really. The last picture is what I uploaded, looks decent with no missing lines or colour.
And the 5 other pictures are from the actual printed flag. Some lines either not printed or just dotted lines. The pink colouring on the lettering is also either not there or spotted.
Just compare the original scan to the actual product. It's hugely disappointing.
If the problem was that the image wasn't good enough to be expanding this large then that should have been picked up on before printing/dispatch and relayed to me. Although I'm not sure that's the case because I bought another flag with similar artwork that turned out perfect.
This flag is useless for what I wanted it for and it's too late now to get another one. Also can't seem to get a refund because it's a custom item.
Looks like a few other customers have had similar problems with blocky text and lines so this is not an isolated case but mine definitely seems to be the worst.
Sorry but I wouldn't recommend buying from here because it's a roulette on whether it's gonna be of decent quality or not. Just wouldn't take the chance due to the price when factoring extra fees for enlarging and delivery times.

EDIT: Communication with seller didn't really come to anything. They kindly offered to reprint again but it wouldn't have been delivered in time for what I needed it for and no guarantee it would have been any better.
I had the idea of retracing the lines with a black Sharpie pen but the ink bled into the fabric so much it looks a mess. So I've got one useless flag and I'm short of a few quid.
