The product was dispatched quickly. The item was easy to install even for a novice like me. It was the correct size as described and came with templates for fixing that were easy to follow and use. The fan itself is not the most powerful but for day to day use its fine. I think th fan is noisier than I expected but all cooker hoods are to some extent.
