I bought this simply lager as a complete beginner. Kept it in a cupboard until I'd viewed many many you tube videos. And then totally forgot them all and did it my way. I reduced the amount to 18 ltr and brewed the juice in a brew bucket stood on a heat mat my wife bought off ÍøÆغÚÁÏ (maybe get commission there) for her chiwawa you know what I mean which kept at 19 degrees ( the mat not the dog ) and 20 days later bottled the said brew. I could have done it earlier by a couple of days but well you know. Anyway I can testify it's idiot proof and at 10% due to reduced volume it's wobble making fun
