The DKN studio aerobic step comes with 4 risers, a big, strong and durable platform made from reinforced plastic, and has a non-slip surface so you can work out in confidence on this aerobic stepper. The height of the stepper can be adjusted from 10 cm to 15 cm to 20 cm, so you can alter the intensity of cardiovascular exercises and maximise your workout sessions on this fitness step. The professional exercise stepper lets you do a range of drills to target your whole body, and is strong but lightweight for your confidence and for easier storing.

Impressed with this as it's more substantial than the cheaper steppers i'd looked at for not much more money. For me the key aspect was the size, i wanted something chunky as i didn't want to topple off the thing when in full flow. It's a good width / depth and solid which is great but this does make it less portable so depending upon what you want it may or may not tick boxes for you.

Un très grand step ! Très surprise de sa longueur qui selon moi est inutile dans certain cas.

Néanmoins, la hauteur et ses différents niveaux rendent ce step pratique et fonctionnel pour différentes utilisations.

Le milieu du step est légèrement plus lâche que le reste (on sent qu'il y a rien dessous), les blocs de hauteurs se situent sur les côtés, ce qui justifie cela.
