This is the second PC I have bought from ITBuffs. The first one I bought two years ago and is running well with no problems, so I was confident in buying from them again. However, the original only has 8GB RAM and it was cheaper to buy a new (refurbished) PC with 16GB RAM than to upgrade the original. The original will be used by another member of my family, hence my second purchase.
I did have a problem with the second PC installation, but one phone call to ITBuffs (Brendon) and the problem was resolved. As such I am very pleased with both PCs.
They appear to be refurbished well, clean inside and out; there are a few casing marks, small scratches and dents but hardly noticeable.
The aftersales support is excellent; friendly, professional, confident and un-intimidating.
These PCs are refurbished ex business PCs, so they look like business PCs! Having a fancy case doesn't make them perform any better. They are perfectly functional and reliable.
I don't use either PC for gaming, but I do use multiple large screens, this second PC is ideal with the installed graphics card.
Overall they are excellent value for money, so much cheaper than buying brand new.
When the time comes I will most probably buy from ITBuffs again.

I admit, I have never bought a reconditioned PC before and was really dubious. I have built and owned PCs since the early 90's. However, this little bundle of joy is for my 8 year old daughter. She loves online gaming with her friends and older sisters but her PC has always been the lower spec hand-me-downs. Now she has a PC that exceeds that of her older sisters including a gaming card that really performs well and an Operating System (OS) on a Solid State Drive (SSD) - why would you ever look back?! Exceptional value for money - good motherboard, processor, lots of RAM, dedicated graphics card, a loaded OS and really quiet cooling fans! All this for 350 quid! Bargain! Buy this lot new and you'll pay quite a few quid more. Now the negative - glue! Really guys! You used a glue gun to seal the graphics card to the tower! I have no idea what that was about and it took a few minutes to remove it all and tidy it up but now the rear lock fits properly! I'd suggest that you stop this practise unless you really, really, really have a justifiable reason to do so. A great little package though. Oversight - the hand-me-down monitor that my youngest daughter has is VGA and DVI connection only - time to either buy her a new monitor (unlikely) or a DVI/HDMI connector (the cheaper option). I don't care, I'm cheap and she is only 8, she'll still love me and her new PC regardless!

I bought this from the IT Buffs - and it arrived without a graphics card inside. I contacted them - they took some basic information to verify and the graphics card arrived next day. It's when things go wrong that you find out the quality of support - and I was impressed. The PC itself. GTA V runs great, really smooth. This is a quality gaming rig and yes - it looks like an office PC, but to get the same set up with a nice case and some LEDs it's going to be more than 2x the cost. Windows is genuine - and no bloatware. Just the OS - set up is like a drink of clear cool water. Boot off the SSD is very fast and easy to set the 1TB as the download location for games. Note: wifi needs a dongle, which was shipped standard with this, but worth checking as the package on this page can be sold by more than one provider. Bluetooth also needs a dongle which I think always beeds to be bought as an add on. The box is virtually silent in operation - no fan noise.I now only buy the refurbished desktop boxes from ��غ�� - and when you compare the spec with new boxes for the same price, this is the only way to go for me.

I purchased this PC a while back and have been using it for about a month now and I have to say I couldn't have asked for anything better for the price that it was listed at. I am currently using it for gaming primarily and having played the likes of Call of Duty: Warzone, Apex Legends and Valorant, the PC has been running them fine, with moderate to high FPS so everything looks great. Warzone is quite a demanding game and there have been one or two rare cases of it crashing, however I was also running other applications in the backround which may have affected it's performance. My younger nephew also uses the PC for ROBLOX and Minecraft, which is ran at very high FPS, while playing at max graphics.

Customer service has also been spot on. One issue I did have was that the delivery was rather lengthy in time, but given current circumstances, it wasn't too much of a problem.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a standard gaming PC without paying ridiculously high prices for it.
