This digital photo frame comes nicely packaged, especially if you are thinking of getting as a gift for someone. It comes preloaded with the app you need to actually upload images to it which does need a WiFi connection to set it all up. The unit is powered via a permanent connection but the cable is a good length so it does give you some flexibility as to where you plug it in but it does need a plug socket to be available.

It can be wall mounted or there is a small stand included. The frame can be set to be either portrait or landscape display.

I particularly like that you can connect it direct to your device via WiFi and download images directly to it that it will then store in the built in 32Gb memory (that is a surprisingly large number of photographs). Transfer does take quite a long time if you have a lot of images to send across and it is hampered by not having a cable for easy transfer of images, especially if you have a lot stored on your PC or Laptop hard disk - if they are in the Cloud it is easier as you can access that on your handheld device and transfer that way if not then you have extra hoops to jump through.

The display is a good size and has a decent resolution so your photos do look good. It can rotate through images in a set pattern or randomised. I do find the set pattern is better for me otherwise it seems to get itself "stuck" and just shows the same images in rotation which means not all my pictures get seen.

The main selling point of this is that it has an address that people can directly send images to and they will show up on your frame. Personally, I'm not sure how much benefit this is as having tested it they just get filtered in to the rotation so you don't necessarily know you have received them - unless I missed something when setting it up.

Does look good and providing you can put it somewhere where the cable is pretty much hidden it just looks like a standard photo frame.

This product was sent to me for review, as part of ��غ�� Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.

It comes well-presented in the box, which itself would make a lovely gift. Though the frame has a somewhat 'plasticky' feel, it is quite subtle, and would fit in with any home decor. Included in the box is a small stand that can easily be clipped to the back, holding up the frame well, whether mounted in portrait or landscape mode. I did feel that the supplied power cable was a little on the short side, whilst the use of a traditional adapter was also a minus - given that the device is similar to an Android tablet, I can't understand why a USB cable is not utilised (especially since there is already a port next to the DC input).

Regardless, I found it mostly straightforward to set up - the 'Frameo' software is intuitive, user-friendly, and seemed very responsive on this particular frame. The only slight hiccup I encountered was being taken back to the beginning of the setup menu, once an update had been found and applied.

There are a number of ways you can add photos, which gives you a lot of flexibility. The frame comes with a unique code that you can pass along to friends/family, after which they can send their photos from the Frameo app - a really neat way to share special memories. It is also possible to add photos from your own phone/other device this way, alternatively, you can load a memory card in the back.

I would say that the picture quality is excellent, and very much reflects the way the photo was taken. Running a slideshow throughout the day is smooth and consistent, whilst you can set a 'sleep mode' to save the screen/your eyes at night, too.

In summary, a good value item.

This is a really well-made photo frame which also has a touch screen which was a pleasant surprise for me. It was somewhat easy to set this up. It gave an error pairing a couple of times but eventually got through it after a restart. It works only 2GHz wifi. It needs a mains connection and the cable is of medium length. The frame can be placed on a platform or can also be hung on a wall.

The frame comes with several configurations like sleep time, slideshow time and background, timer, Datetime setting, manage photos,brightness adjustment. The keyboard font is big and easy to touch and type. You can slideshow in either direction. The frame also has support for 15 seconds video support along with audio.

The frame also displays the time and temperature.

Earlier I created account to pair with digital photo but its not necessary and you can connect several smart phones to the frame and manage photos which are displayed on the frame. The frame also supports

The frame looks like typical wooden one which gives a blend of both smart and traditional photo frame.

The display quality is really good. The frame has inbuilt memory of 32GB and all the photos shared with the frame are backed up on the frame memory.

It has some ports around on the backside but doesnt support traditional USB devices but I did not need them either.

I am happy to recommend this digital photo frame.
