Nice, big bottle. I saw from the reviews people either loved or hated the smell. I loved it. I have a dog who occasionally wees, during the night. I haven't had chance to use it to clean up urine, but I did a few sprays on the dog bedding, rugs to see how it smelled and it's sweet and quite strong so I imagine if an area already smells of urine, it may turn into a sickly smell.
To be fair, nothing will get rid of heavily soiled urine. I recently had to throw away a rug, because even after hiring a professional carpet cleaner and I cleaned it three times. It actually smelled worse. Urine gets deep down in the fabric. So don't expect a miracle.
I imagine with a freshly spoiled area , this will be fantastic.
