As a woman with insomnia and recently gone through a break up with someone thats given me PTSD, I do what I can to self love and self care. I started buying heated eye masks in beauty wholesalers when I get products for my clients, and decided I would just get them on غ instead. These are so much better value for money than more “luxury” ones you buy individually. These do the exact same thing and really help me to relax when going to bed.
Some days I feel they get just a tad bit too warm for my liking but otherwise I really enjoy using these. They heat up within minutes of unwrapping them and last around 20-30 min. They're especially great if you have a cold or headache, and trust me I was getting plenty of headaches and migraines after the breakup, its been a bit rough yikes. But these had been my saving grace.
They're surprisingly quite comfy as well and don't hurt my ears, they do stretch quite easily and sometimes I do rewear them an extra time or 2 despite the heating gimmick no longer working because they're just very comfy.
I definitely recommend people buying this, they're such an affordable, lovely little self care item
