Very straight forwards to set up. Easy to use, though I recommend popping it onto a non-slip mat as it can try to skate across the rug in vigorous use! This is quiet and easy to use, making doing those extra steps after a long day at work or in bad weather, extra easy. I sit on my sofa, with a film or the news and just set it going. 30 mins later it turns itself off and dependent on speed setting I've had decent "walk". Remember to change direction every other use, or half way through the program for best results. Also, in manual mode 30 mins is the maximum time it will run, but you can stop it when you like, 5 minutes is better than nothing!
I LOVE this, its already a game changer for me and my highly sedentary lifestyle.

As someone who is physically disabled and I am unable to move the left side of my body including my left leg and foot the automatic movement on this product is helping me being able to exercise as with the manual pedal exercise machines I’m unable to push with my left so to be getting fitness in both my legs although I’m unable to feel it on my left with no sensory feeling on the left side, just being able to know that I’m doing exercise with both legs is an absolute game changer for myself personally and as I’m someone who has not had the proper rehabilitation I should of had after my spinal cord operations for me to be able to see my left leg moving is mentally helpful aswell as it shows it is still there even though i can’t feel it, it’s just knowing it’s doing it is mentally fulfilling aswell as physically fulfilling. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to do there own rehabilitation at home
