I bought and tried everything else just because I had to find a natural remedy for natural life changes! Beat nature with nature is my approach! I had heard about primrose enough to assume it's sales gimmick and ignored it! I was wrong! It's effective and this specific brand is of high quality and my hot flushes and my all that are gone!
If you struggle with PMS I urge you to try these. I am used to being really tired and grumpy during my luteal phase but after 3 weeks of taking these I had energy I've never had before during the time I'd normally be struggling with PMS. I am truly mindblown! Worth a try if this is something you struggle with. The bottle says you can take 3 a day but I've only been taking 2 per day and have noticed such positive imrpovements.
