However, when I attempted to use the drive the Xbox One reported the following error: "0x80bd003b".

This error reports that the Xbox One finds the drive too slow and does not recognize it as a USB 3.0 device.

This was totally rubbish and the description was incorrect. It took 24 hours to copy a 3 minute video over and it didn't even play. The worst hard drive I've ever used and I sent it back and got a refund. Stick with Seagate or elements more reliable
