If you are looking at these then you already know you want some banana plugs so I won't sell the advantages of them over bare wires etc to you. What I can tell you in these are the best ones I've ever tried, and that's down to several reasons:
1 - It's a great design with the double screws. Simple, but as others have said this makes them much more sturdy. What I've also done is grab the wire itself with the lower down one and use the second higher up screw to grip onto the insulated cable so they are completely rock solid.
2 - The plastic sleeves not only make it perfectly clear which wire is which (more so than the coloured ring on many other plugs) but also mean it's insulated if it does happen to touch anything else it won't cause a short. The case is easy to screw on after you've attached the plug to the wire.
3 - They are a much neater design than others I had in the past, where the connection is made into the side of the plug and leaves the wire looking a little odd at a right angle to the plug itself.
These aren't the cheapest banana plugs I've bought but they are are nowhere near the most expensive (I've paid 3 x the price at least in the past and also had cheaper ones from Monoprice but these are a much better design) and they are certainly the best I've ever tried. Installation is dead easy - you just need a small flatblade screwdriver to undo the two screws, feed your wire in and tighten them up then screw the plastic sleeve on from the front.
In conclusion then, cracking little banana plugs with the best design I've used so far and at a decent price too.
