125 kHz RFID | Low Frequency Proximity Cards
There is a 125 kHz antenna at the bottom of the Flipper Zero - it can read low-frequency proximity cards and store them for later emulation.
You can also emulate cards by manually entering their IDs. In addition, Flipper Zero owners can share card IDs remotely with other Flipper Zero users
NFC | High Frequency Proximity Cards
Flipper Zero has a built-in NFC module (13.56 MHz). Together with the 125 kHz RFID module, Flipper Zero makes Flipper Zero an ultimate RFID device that operates in both the low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) range. The NFC module supports all major standards.
It works essentially the same as the 125kHz module, allowing you to interact with NFC-enabled devices - reading, writing, and emulating RF tags.
iButton | 1-wire buttons (touch memory)
Flipper Zero has a built-in 1-wire port for reading iButton contact buttons. This ancient technology is still widely used worldwide. It uses the 1-wire protocol that does not require authentication. Flipper can easily read these keys, store IDs in memory, write IDs to empty keys and emulate the key itself.
Flipper Zero features a unique iButton contact pad design - its shape serves as both a reader and a probe to connect to iButton jacks.
Bluetooth
With full Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) support, Flipper Zero can act as a peripheral, allowing you to connect your Flipper Zero to third-party devices and smartphones.
Our mobile developers have developed apps for iOS and Android that allow you to update your Flipper Zero via BLE, remotely control the device, share keys and manage data on a larger screen.
