A bit fiddly to assemble. Not difficult, just fiddly trying to mate two parts together while inserting a screw into a recessed hole and tightening it with the supplied allen key. Ideally a second person holding the two parts together while the other tightens the screws would be a lot better. After assembly I had to retighten the screws 3 times before it became sufficiently sturdy.
However, the unit is extremely light and once assembled looks good.
In short, it does the job and looks decent.

The screws were of good quality which hold it together nicely. Only one of the bars has a slight wobble, the others are strong. It's never fallen over when adding or removing a towel.
