I was told to get these by my doctor and urologist after I've been suffering with you know.. A bit of chronic constipation. So now I take 1 to 2 of these a week just to get things moving along a bit more naturally and these really do keep me going more regularly and normal. I don't find myself so bunged up now which is always good.
When it says drink straight away, honestly drink it straight away because it'll start turning into a thick slush. I forgot about it once and left it for like 30 minutes max and trying to down that was like swallowing a cup full of slugs. Still, if you drink it straight away like you're supposed to it's not that bad, just like thick orange juice. I quite like it.
