1.Is the charging station only compatible with Meta Quest 3?

Yes, this charging station is designed for the Oculus Quest 3 headset and controller.

2.Why is the Meta Quest 3 headset not charging?

1）Use the supplied adapter;

2）Check that the magnetic head and charging cable are making good contact;

3）Make sure the magnetic contacts are properly attached.

3.Why is the Meta Quest 3 controller not charging?

Make sure that the ‘-’ and ‘+’ batteries are properly inserted into the controller. When charging, the metal contacts of the batteries (facing up) must be in contact with the metal contacts of the battery cover.

4.Can the charging station charge the Elite strap?

No, it is not recommended because the Elite Strap is too heavy and tilting it backwards will affect the charging effect, if you must charge it, you can put a book behind it to cushion the tilting backwards (refer to the picture for details)

I ordered this for my Meta Quest 3, as I wanted a rechargeable option for the controllers (and the Meta brand one is ridiculously overpriced). I specifically chose this one because I have the headset in my living room and wanted to keep it on my TV stand (where there isn't a lot of vertical space). Most other models are sort of vertically arranged, which wouldn't work for my needs. I also have a quite large head strap for it which includes an external battery pack, and it still works well with this charger. It's simple, easy to use, and the coloured lights help me know when it's on and charging properly.

Full disclosure, when it arrived, one of the rechargeable batteries it comes with for the controllers didn't work. But I'm still giving the product 5 stars, which is entirely down to the support team. I contacted them as soon as I confirmed the problem was the battery (and not user error/an issue with the charging cover for the controller). I was still within the return period, but I was otherwise happy with the charger. I asked them if it would be possible to replace the battery as it was the only issue. The person I spoke to was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They told me that they didn't sell the batteries separately, but found a compatible equivalent available for purchase and gave me a refund for the cost of the new batteries (which saved me the hassle of having to box it up and return the whole thing).
So yeah, good charger, great service - still gets 5 stars from me.
