Bought this to get rid of a pile of branches & twigs left after pruning - the design allowed the fire to catch quickly, and even though a lot of the wood was damp, it made short work of burning through my pile.

The smaller size obviously means you can’t load as much rubbish in one go, so you’ll need to feed a little at a time (and be careful taking off the lid once it’s hot - I’d recommend a poker or tongs as it almost burned straight through the oven gloves I used at first...!), but great value for all that. :)

As a burning bin its fine. I have a concern though. It has three legs and one is too close to another which is causing the bin to topple over. The holes for one leg are in the wrong place and because of this I have put a brick to stabilize it. This is a safety issue. I don't know if it's just the bin I received or others too. If it's others the hole positions need to be changed or a fourth leg needs to be added.
